♦ TERMS OF SERVICE ♦Any updated or changes may occur to this page.
So please refer to this section each time you need to commission me.

♦ No commercial use unless agreed upon beforehand! ♦If you intend to use something commercially, we have to get to an agreement first! I also have the right to refuse the commission if I don't feel like it. What I personally count as commercial :
- Merch that is SOLD for profit on your part.
- Designs that will be used online for anything that will generate YOU profit. I do not want to tackle in the I get % and you get % at the moment.
- Exceptions are made for content creators, as long as the profit isn't direct (selling merch) if you want to use it on stream or on thumbnails or even to create your website design, feel free to! Reselling adoptable and/or artwork with character is permitted ONLY when agreed upon in written format.♦ Credit ♦Please don't omit my name when necessary or claim it was done by someone else. I would simply ask that you are being honest and tag my website when it's right.
Also I have the right to publicize the artwork whenever/however I want unless we agree otherwise.♦ Payment ♦It will always be 100% upfront and no refunds.
I accept some written arrangement between parties. I can also work on a sketch with you until we have the concept you have in mind. Then allow me some times to work on the final work which may vary depending on the complexity. However, I will update you with screenshot along the way.♦ For Crafting order (ei. wings)We will talk about the concept, but the final product will be of my own creation as some concept may not end up 100% as the first idea, but I will try and keep it as close to the original concept as possible.
These will be 100% pay first and total will vary depending on the complexity.
+ Processing will be either pick-up or shipping which will be another conversation as the pricing may vary.
